The Role:
We are urgently seeking a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join the customer support team of this dynamic company in Barcelona. This fulltime onsite role is an exciting opportunity to support Dutchspeaking customers and contribute to an exceptional service experience. You will provide valuable assistance with product inquiries troubleshooting and order management while working alongside a team of professionals dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide highquality support to Dutchspeaking customers via phone email and chat ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve technical and productrelated issues ensuring customers receive accurate information and quick solutions.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent a leader in industrial automation ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the companys high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless customer service and meet key performance targets.

What We Offer:

  • Annual Salary: 21000 EUR
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2)
  • Strong ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • TechSavvy: Quick to learn new technologies and effectively communicate complex product information.
  • Eligibility to Work in Spain: Must have a valid Spanish Residence Card or EU ID.
  • Immediate Availability: Were looking for candidates who can start right away.
