Tasks
What Youll Be Doing:
- Build Quality Foundations Set up and oversee our quality management system to align with MDR (Medical Device Regulation) and ISO standards ensuring everything we do meets toptier standards.
- Lead Audits Take the reins on internal audits and prep for external ones keeping quality at the forefront.
- Manage Risk Identify and assess potential risks working proactively to maintain product safety and regulatory alignment.
- Be Our Quality Guide Partner with our crossfunctional teams bringing your expertise to the table to ensure that quality is embedded in every project.
- Drive Improvement Own the documentation process develop inspection plans and push for continuous improvements that keep us a step ahead.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team:
- Solid Educational Background Degree in Quality Management Engineering Medical Technology or a related field.
- Quality Management Expertise Experience in quality management ideally in MedTech with knowledge of MDR and ISO standards.
- Audit Pro Handson experience in both internal and external audit processes.
- Risk and Project Management KnowHow Youre comfortable with risk management and have a project management mindset.
- Tech Interest Understanding of software development is a plus but not essential.
- Analytical and Organized Youre solutionfocused detailoriented and bring a structured approach to your work
