Job Description
WWF India is looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication and networking skills to join its telefundraising team.
- Developing and leading campaigns: Creating campaigns to raise money and identifying potential donors
- Cultivating donor relationships: Building relationships with donors and securing longterm donations
- Promoting programs: Presenting an organizations programs to potential donors
- Recruiting donors: Finding new donors and recruiting them to pledge money
- Collecting and storing donor information: Gathering and storing donor information in a secure way
- Upholding standards: Maintaining high standards of integrity and conduct

Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly performanceoriented and able to work in a team

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing /NGO /Fundraising/Journalism /Banking /Relationship Management. Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint & MS Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience writing and designing donor communications. High target orientation and ability to deliver in a high-performance and high-pressure environment. Creative, positive, team player mindset with strong donor/client-servicing skills.
