Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and On boarding:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees queries on HRrelated topics.
- Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues rules and regulations.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to specific HR projects.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Administrative
- Office Management:
- Ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events meetings and conferences.
- Documentation and Records:
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Ensure data integrity in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Communication:
- Assist in communication of company policies and procedures.
- Support the HR and Admin teams in daily activities and operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 23 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Salary
