Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and On boarding:
    • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
    • Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees queries on HRrelated topics.
    • Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues rules and regulations.
    • Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in performance management processes.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    • Conduct employee performance reviews.
  4. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Maintain compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain reports related to specific HR projects.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Administrative

  1. Office Management:
    • Ensure the smooth running of the office.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
    • Assist in planning and organizing company events meetings and conferences.
  2. Documentation and Records:
    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
    • Ensure data integrity in the HR information system (HRIS).
  3. Communication:
    • Assist in communication of company policies and procedures.
    • Support the HR and Admin teams in daily activities and operations.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Salary

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
