As Head of Business Integrity, you will play a key role in advancing the company’s compliance and risk management programs across the globe. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in various departments, collaborating to identify and address potential risks related to business integrity, such as fraud, bribery, corruption, Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, and whistleblowing procedures. Your efforts will directly support the organisation’s commitment to transparency and ethical business conduct.
A key responsibility in this role will be to lead a global risk assessment. You will conduct a thorough evaluation of the company’s current policies, processes, and controls relating to business integrity and compliance, identifying any gaps or areas for improvement. Following this assessment, you will develop a strategic roadmap, implementing practical recommendations to ensure that the organisation fully complies with relevant laws and regulations in all the markets where it operates.
Key Responsibilities
Global Risk Assessment: Conduct a detailed global risk assessment, reviewing the organisation’s compliance frameworks and identifying potential vulnerabilities in relation to business integrity issues, including fraud, bribery, corruption, and other ethical risks.
Program Development & Implementation: Based on the findings from the risk assessment, design and roll out enhancements to the business integrity and compliance programs, ensuring alignment with both local and international regulations. This includes the development of policies, procedures, and training materials, as well as the introduction of new controls where necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business unit heads, and regional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business integrity and compliance initiatives within the organisation’s overall strategy. This will involve presenting clear and actionable recommendations, providing advice, and facilitating ongoing dialogue to address emerging risks.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and embedding business integrity and compliance programs on a global scale. You should have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and drive change across a large, complex organisation. You will also be familiar with global compliance requirements and the legislative landscape related to fraud, bribery, corruption, and whistleblowing.
In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across different cultures and business functions. A high level of integrity, strategic thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential to succeed in this pivotal role.
This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact within a market leader committed to ethical conduct and business integrity on a global scale. If you are passionate about compliance and integrity, and you have the expertise to lead the way, we invite you to apply.
