Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create and manage brand assets including logos taglines and all marketing materials.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Measure and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns optimizing for performance.
  • Manage and enhance brand relationships with customers partners and media outlets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain brand relevance.
  • Analyze market trends and developments impacting offline marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate alternative channels for market research to broaden insights.
  • Conduct research to identify emerging consumer trends and preferences.
  • Design gather and analyze customer satisfaction data and feedback.
  • Execute initiatives that communicate the company s value propositions to customers.
  • Launch brand campaigns that align with strategic objectives.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs to enhance retention.
  • Forecast emerging market demands to drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop creative materials templates and collateral to support brand initiatives.
  • Increase customer awareness through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Implement activities to strengthen the company s ability to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Execute brand communication plans to maintain a unified brand voice.
  • Activate brand plans with clear measurable objectives.
  • Drive innovation campaigns to boost customer retention and loyalty.
  • Maintain and enhance customer acquisition and retention programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of these programs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure product quality design and brand alignment meet brand standards.
  • Review and report on the success of brand campaigns to refine future efforts.


  • Requirements

    2 years of experience in marketing preferably in a brand management role

    Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field

    Strong understanding of consumer behavior

    Strong strategic and creative thinking skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
