We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to manage payroll functions and support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing compliance and personnel administration.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain employee records ensuring that all data is accurate and uptodate.
- Compliance: Stay informed about payroll regulations and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports providing insights to management regarding payroll expenditures and trends.
- Employee Support: Address employee inquiries regarding payroll benefits and other personnelrelated issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR to ensure alignment between payroll and personnel policies.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and personnel.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
Familiarity with Egyptian employment laws.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
