Scope:
20 hours per week
Focus on Instagrambased lead generation with potential to explore other platforms
Collaborate with existing team member handling sales closures
Contribute to the growth of both relationship and executive coaching client base
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies primarily through Instagram
Research and identify potential clients for relationship and executive coaching services
Create engaging content to attract and nurture leads on social media platforms
Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns
Collaborate with the team to refine and improve lead generation processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing particularly on Instagram
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques in the coaching or personal development industry
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Familiarity with relationship and executive coaching concepts is a plus
