The ideal candidate will have experience in highend real estate sales a proven track record of dealing with highnetworth individuals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with highnetworth clients and ensure a personalized sales experience.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning.
Prepare and present sales presentations property tours and promotional events to prospective buyers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and materials.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about properties and amenities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
2 years of experience in highend real estate sales preferably with a developer house.
Proven experience handling highnetworth individuals and closing complex sales.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Highly presentable with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
