- We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our Production Planning and Control (PPC) department to ensure that all production processes meet quality standards and optimize production efficiency.
- This role involves overseeing quality assurance initiatives implementing continuous improvement practices and managing quality control in collaboration with the PPC team.
- The Quality Manager will drive quality enhancement implement quality control tools and ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
Requirements
Quality Assurance & Control
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies in line with PPC requirements.
- Establish quality standards and processes to ensure consistency across production cycles.
- Monitor and audit production activities to maintain high product quality.
7 Quality Control (7QC) Tools Implementation
- Apply the 7 Quality Control tools to identify and address quality issues within the production process.
- Analyze data to detect trends nonconformances and areas for improvement.
Production Planning and Control (PPC) Collaboration
- Collaborate with the PPC team to align quality standards with production planning objectives.
- Ensure that production schedules meet quality requirements addressing any discrepancies between planning and quality standards.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure the alignment of quality standards with production targets.
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to reduce waste enhance productivity and minimize qualityrelated costs.
Process Optimization
- Identify areas of improvement in PPC processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to address process inefficiencies.
5S System Implementation
- Promote and maintain a clean organized and efficient work environment through the 5S methodology.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with the 5S standards in quality control and PPC areas.
Training & Development
- Train production and quality staff on quality control tools procedures and best practices.
- Build a qualityfocused culture by fostering awareness of quality standards and practices within the team.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities audits and inspection results.
- Prepare reports on quality performance deviations and improvement initiatives for management review.
- Document and update quality control procedures and guidelines as needed.
