No. of Deliveries per Week: 4

No. of GYN Surgeries per Week: 2

Support Staff: 1 RN 3 MAs

Physicians in Practice: 3 OBGYN

% of Practice: 66% Low Risk 34% Highrisk 35% CSection 30% Surgical GYN

Duties:

OB Hospitalist & GYN ED coverage

Need to be immediately available to L&D and the ED.

Back up Family Med CNM providers & care for unassigned patients.

Required Procedures:

Low & High Risk pregnancy

FHR interpretationNST/CST/FSE

OB Ultrasounds: Performance of interpretation (Level I/Screening (viability)

Routine Delivery: Vaginal Low forceps Decisionmaking for csection

Complicated Delivery: Csection Breech Multiple Births Abruptions VBACs.

Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

Office/minor gyn: IUD Cystoscopy Colposcopy Cryosurgery LEEP etc.

Surgical gyne: Open Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor only: Tubal Ligation LOAs Chronal Tubation

Operative/Major (includes diagnostic): Ectopic Pregnancy Ovary Removal Cystectomy Extensive LOAs

Laser certification

Ultrasound Onsite: Yes

No. of Exam Rooms: 11

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
