Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager in Settlement Administration:


SUMMARY:


With a background in settlement and class action focused sales the Sales Manager Settlement Services plays a crucial role in driving revenue and achieving sales targets for the company with a primary focus on the class action and mass tort settlement administration market for the United States. With a hunter mentality the Sales Manager Settlement Services is involved in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and setting sales targets to achieve his/her goals in the mass tort and class action settlement administration industry. S/he is responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure while maintaining strong relationships with key clients forecasting sales projections and presenting sales reports/data to senior management. The Sales Manager Settlement Services collaborates with The Company s Business Units as well as other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives and continuously improves the sales process. Strong leadership communication analytical thinking business acumen and negotiation skills are essential in this dynamic and goaloriented role.


Primary Responsibilities

  1. Develops and implements effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals and objectives for Corporate Settlement Administration business unit.
  2. Analyzes market trends identifies potential opportunities and sets sales targets.
  3. Develops acquires and closes new business deals with a focus on company sales/revenue projections.
  4. Researches studies and remains up to date on legal/mass tort industry standards market trends competitor activities.
  5. Forecasts sales and tracks sales performance regularly in Salesforce (CRM system).
  6. Works closely with Marketing and the Settlement Administration Business Units on the definition of sales and marketing strategies that fill the company s opportunity funnel and drive sales.
  7. Prepares and presents sales reports to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and recommendations.
  8. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients and accounts. Oversees the handling of customer inquiries complaints and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Negotiates pricing and agreement structures.
  10. Manages departmental costs to budgetary guidelines.
  11. Collaborates closely with other Sales Managers and works crossdepartmentally on client documents proposals materials and communications.
  12. Continually identifies new sales opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  13. Attends industry conferences and tradeshows as part of prospecting new clients.
  14. Other duties as assigned.




Requirements


Requirements/Competencies

  • 510 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in service sales highly desired.
  • JD paralegal and/or prior experience in legal industry sales class action and/or mass tort preferred.
  • Bachelor s Degree in business or related field.
  • Tenacious sales leader with a hunter mentality.
  • Proven ability to complete cold calls; quickly establish positive trusting relationships and rapport.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with clients presenting sales reports/data and communicating with the team effectively.
  • Adept at analyzing data market trends and performance metrics to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
  • Proven skills to sell on value rather than price.
  • Highly goaloriented and driven to achieve results.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and handle business contracts effectively.
  • ProblemSolver with ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions quickly.
  • Well versed in using customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce. Salesforce experience desired.


Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of audit experience and knowledge of auditing practices and procedures. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 5. Proactive approach to work tasks and forward-thinking when faced with challenges. 6. Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. 7. Adaptability to changing policies, procedures, and systems. 8. Strong organizational skill and attention to detail. 9. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
