Our client is a leading finance company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Develop and plan: (i) Strategies business models business development with partners partner selection frameworks and management; (ii) Credit and noncredit business cooperation programs; (iii) Vision and direction for digital platform development.
- Navigate and organize implementation: (i) Business with ecosystem partners; (ii) Search for select plan and develop new partners; (iii) Implement crossselling and upselling through the Digital channel; (iv) Noncredit business promotion programs; (v) Develop digital applications and miniapps; (vi) Implement digital marketing activities for new sales/crossselling/upselling.
- Orientation and governance: (i) ScaleQualityEfficiency indicators for each sales model; (ii) Measure customer experience on digital applications; (iii) Digital crosschannel sales funnel to alert and provide recommendations for regulating business activities and optimizing the overall digital customer experience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and strategic ecosystem partners to optimize benefits enhance customer experiences and maximize partner potential.
- Manage the sales force through digital channels telesales and strategic ecosystem partners.
- Train and coach the Digital team to improve resource quality.
- Enhance performance and monitor quality effectiveness of business operations establish commission payment mechanisms; support policies and oversee partner performance.
- Monitor report quality: (i) Business analysis and partner cooperation; (ii) Metrics measuring the effectiveness of digital applications; (iii) Timely effectiveness of the Digital sales force alerting and directing effective and safe business deployment activities.
- Control and ensure compliance of sales activities through the Digital channel according to legal regulations and the companys internal regulations.
- Manage the development of business task outlines and operate software systems business management tools partners sales forces and service provision to customers through digital channels telesales and strategic ecosystem partners (App API connections with partners).
- Establish and monitor the implementation of reporting information/making resolutions from the Board of Directors General Director Executive Committee and propose business units.
- Perform additional duties as delegated by the General Director the Board of Directors and initiatives projects and agile teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in relevant fields such as Ecommerce Management Marketing Finance Banking Economics Business Administration Corporate Finance Law Information Technology...
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital business areas digital finance product management in digital contexts driving digital business growth with at least 6 years in management roles.
- Extensive understanding of business operations sales tactics collaboration models with strategic/digital ecosystem partners technology applications/platforms management in Digital sales channels specific to consumer finance.
- Proficient in English.
- Adaptable to digital technology flexible and responsive.
- Optimistic spirit openness and a positive attitude in work interactions.
- Ability to accompany and drive the team forward.
