Position Overview: Our client is an established automotive company for a reputable brand. They are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of General Manager of Corporate Strategy & Planning. The role will lead and oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at fostering growth innovation and a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement the corporate strategy to align with the companys business objectives and longterm goals through application of the Hoshin Kanri method.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead engagement and collaboration with the respective department heads to ensure alignment and successful execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Set measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate strategic vision and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders as well as build relationships with key industry partners.
- Change Management: Lead and manage change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of strategic projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management Finance Economics or related field.
- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in corporate strategy business development or a similar role. Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
