Position Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer at Nebulon Dynamics youll be a core contributor in designing building and maintaining highimpact applications that enhance our client experience and operational capabilities. This role combines backend and frontend development responsibilities and calls for someone passionate about crafting dynamic reliable and scalable applications. You will work with a diverse team of engineers UX designers and project managers contributing your expertise in full stack development to projects that drive innovation across multiple sectors.

This hybrid role allows you to collaborate onsite while benefiting from the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will be detailoriented selfmotivated and capable of navigating complex systems while delivering elegant solutions to realworld engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

EndtoEnd Application Development: Lead the development lifecycle for both backend and frontend components from initial design to deployment and beyond. Ensure highquality standards in coding testing and performance optimization.

User Experience Design Integration: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to bring usercentered designs to life creating seamless and intuitive interfaces that provide a stellar user experience.

System Architecture Design: Define and implement robust and scalable system architectures that meet the functional performance and security requirements for applications critical to Nebulon Dynamics mission.

Database Management: Develop maintain and optimize relational and nonrelational databases. Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for security and compliance.

API Development & Integration: Build maintain and document RESTful APIs and other serviceoriented architectures ensuring they are secure efficient and wellintegrated with other systems.

Collaboration & Code Review: Participate in code reviews provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including QA project management and business units.

Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by recommending and implementing process improvements optimizing development workflows and adopting the latest technologies and best practices in full stack engineering.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor application performance troubleshoot issues and apply performance enhancements to ensure the smooth secure operation of applications across various environments.

DevOps Collaboration: Work alongside DevOps teams to streamline deployments manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure applications meet reliability and scalability goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

Junior Role: Minimum 2 years of experience in full stack development.

MidLevel Role: Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack development.

Senior Role: 6 years of experience in full stack development including leadership or mentorship roles.

Technical Proficiencies:

Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React Angular or Vue) HTML CSS and responsive design principles.

Backend: Expertise in Node.js Python or Java with experience in developing and maintaining scalable serverside applications.

Database: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Redis) databases.

APIs: Proven experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.

Version Control: Proficient in Git and experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI etc.).

Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud) containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative crossfunctional team environment.

Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality reliable software.

Certified Full Stack Web Developer (CFWD)

AWS Certified Developer Associate

Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
