Are you passionate about social media fluent in Dutch and eager to play a pivotal role in making the online world a safer place Join our team of Content Moderators for a toptier Social Media Project where youll review evaluate and moderate usergenerated content to ensure compliance and enhance user experience on a leading platform.
Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator youll monitor review and categorize content working to remove offensive inappropriate or harmful posts videos images and text according to platform policies and regulations. This is a crucial role where your keen eye for detail strong written communication skills and active reading will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Evaluation: Review and label usergenerated content ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Community Safety: Help build a safe welcoming online environment by screening posts comments images and videos for harmful content.
- Process Adherence: Follow established processes and platform rules meticulously to support users and maintain platform integrity.
- User Experience: Play an essential role in shaping the user experience by filtering and protecting audiences from sensitive content.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day with a 1hour break)
- Shifts: Rotational (24/7 availability required) including weekends; 2 consecutive days off each week.
- Location: Lisbon City Center in a vibrant and wellconnected area.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary options:
- 1298.11 EUR gross/month (includes base salary Christmas and Holiday bonuses food allowance);
- 104066 EUR gross/month including room allowance base salary Christmas and Holiday bonuses plus Food allowance
- Training Compensation: 92.80 EUR/week for a 10day training program in English.
- Health Insurance: Private health insurance coverage.

Relocation Support:
- Arrival Support: Airport pickup and assistance with Portuguese registration.
- Flight Reimbursement: Initial flight cost covered and annual return flight (within the EU).
