Position Overview
Nebulon Dynamics is seeking a Site Engineer who thrives in handson dynamic project environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise excellent problemsolving abilities and a meticulous eye for quality and safety standards. As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing onsite operations coordinating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring that projects are executed with precision and efficiency. This role is integral to upholding Nebulons reputation for highquality sustainable engineering.
Key Responsibilities
OnSite Project Management:
Oversee and coordinate daytoday onsite activities ensuring that all work aligns with Nebulons standards project timelines and client expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact onsite liaising between project management subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to Nebulons quality standards and industry safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections identify any potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly to ensure a safe working environment.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical guidance on complex issues resolving problems related to design construction or materials.
Collaborate with engineers architects and planners to address any design changes or challenges encountered onsite.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all site activities including progress reports resource usage and any modifications made to the original design.
Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly reports to project management highlighting project status key milestones and any potential risks.
Resource Management & Coordination:
Oversee material procurement equipment usage and manpower allocation to ensure optimal productivity and costefficiency.
Coordinate logistics to ensure that all resources are available on time and are used effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
Facilitate seamless communication between all stakeholders ensuring everyone is updated on project timelines expectations and any siterelated issues.
Lead onsite meetings providing updates on progress and gathering input from team members to keep the project aligned with goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Experience: 3 years in a site engineering role preferably with experience in largescale civil or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with site management tools and construction software (e.g. AutoCAD MS Project or Primavera).
Strong knowledge of construction methods material properties and industry safety standards.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings plans and specifications.
Core Competencies:
ProblemSolving: Proven ability to identify issues onsite and develop swift effective solutions that align with project goals.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality control with a focus on delivering work that meets Nebulons high standards.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate project goals and challenges clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment ensuring all site activities progress according to schedule.
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to travel to various project sites as required.
Valid U.S. drivers license.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable engineering methods.
Experience in utilizing drone technology or other digital tools for site analysis and monitoring.
Knowledge of Lean Construction principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
