Currently we are partnered with a preferred healthcare client in Iowa in search of a highly talented Case Management Director to lead their patient care initiatives.
Job Summary:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance patient care coordination and resource utilization
- Lead and mentor a dedicated case management team to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative policies that optimize patient transitions across care levels
- Drive compliance with healthcare regulations while ensuring quality standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational objectives
- Partner with finance and insurance departments to maximize reimbursement efficiency
- Create and present datadriven performance reports to guide strategic decisionmaking
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Iowa or multistate compact license
- Experience leading case management teams and driving process improvements
- Strong track record of implementing successful care coordination programs
- Expert knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Proven leadership abilities in healthcare settings
