Job Description

Currently we are partnered with a preferred healthcare client in Iowa in search of a highly talented Case Management Director to lead their patient care initiatives.

Job Summary:

Drive organizational excellence by leading a dynamic case management department focused on optimizing patient outcomes ensuring efficient resource utilization and maintaining the highest standards of care delivery. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance patient care coordination and resource utilization
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated case management team to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Develop and implement innovative policies that optimize patient transitions across care levels
  • Drive compliance with healthcare regulations while ensuring quality standards
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational objectives
  • Partner with finance and insurance departments to maximize reimbursement efficiency
  • Create and present datadriven performance reports to guide strategic decisionmaking

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license in Iowa or multistate compact license
  • Experience leading case management teams and driving process improvements
  • Strong track record of implementing successful care coordination programs
  • Expert knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Proven leadership abilities in healthcare settings
