In recent years labor shortages have become a pressing issue for small businesses.
To address these changes we are now offering not only SaaS products to streamline business operations but also BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) products designed to eliminate small business operations altogether.
Traditionally there have been numerous outsourcing services catering to large enterprises. However there were no largescale standardized services available to handle the complex operations of small businesses where individual contracts tend to be small and operational needs complex.
We believe that automating these intricate operations through our accumulated SaaS expertise and new platform offerings will be a significant step towards solving the labor shortage for small businesses.
This pivotal role in platform development belongs to the BPaaS Product Manager.
As a Product Manager you will represent the product and platform you oversee defining its direction based on a deep understanding of user needs and leading its evolution.
To deliver the utmost value with speed we are looking for a Product Manager who can drive these initiatives.
Job Details
- Design and conduct interviews and surveys to deepen customer understanding
- Analyze product usage data
- Organize and structure primary and secondary information gathered during problem exploration to extract insights
- Collaborate with designers and BizDev to validate prototypes
- Define the product roadmap and specifications aligned with business plans and strategy
- Manage product development sprints
- Improve products through collaboration with marketing sales and customer success teams

At least 3 years of experience in any of the following:
- Consulting (IT Business or Strategy): Experience in consulting from identifying client issues to formulating strategies
- Business Development: Experience driving new business development projects involving many stakeholders at an established company
- Product Management: Experience with responsibility for product development customer experience and revenue
Startup Commitment: Committed to a single business in a startup for over 3 years
Preferred Requirements

- Understanding and experience in the SaaS or IT industry
- Knowledge and experience in accounting within small businesses or for selfemployed individuals
- Knowledge and experience in labor management such as attendance tracking and payroll
- Product management experience with both qualitative (e.g. user research) and quantitative (e.g. data analysis using SQL) analysis skills
