Your responsibilities
- Cell culture of cancer cell lines and primary cancer cells
- Mid/High throughput CRISPR KO and RNAi assays
- RNA/DNA/Protein extraction and Western blot
- Transformation Miniprep Maxiprep
- Lab management tasks such as receiving and inventory of laboratory consumables
- Draft SOPs
- Preparation and aliquoting of media and reagents
- Preparation of lab consumables (e.g. coating of cell culture vessels)
- Cleaning and maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Coordination of maintenance for laboratory instruments with service contracts.
- Autoclaving and waste disposal
Our requirements
- Masters degree in life sciences Biology or related field
- Experience with working in a research laboratory
- Proven experience in cell culture of cell lines and primary cancer cells
- Proven experience in mid/high throughput experiments
- Fluent in English and German
