Our client a global company in the manufacturing/plastic sector that designs and manufactures safety products is looking for a new team player to lead the entire quality and regulation area.

Tasks
- Identify and manage projects to develop communicate and execute a strategy for Quality and Continual Improvement
- Oversee and maintain the ISO9001 Quality Management System and be the main contact for customers requiring confirmation to the standard
- Design a supplier evaluation system to guarantee their quality
- Monitor customer issues. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend modifications in products or quality standards where applicable
- Formulate and implement regulatory affairs and compliance policies and procedures to ensure that meets the required standards
- Provide responses to regulatory agencies regarding product information or issues
- Train staff in regulatory and compliance policies or procedures
- Manage audits and regulatory agency inspections
- Direct the preparation and submission of regulatory agency applications reports or correspondence
- Review data on KPIs to present the teams performance effectively
- Actively manage and coach the QA team.
Requirements
- BSC Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Training and official certification as an Internal Auditor in ISO 9001
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Ability to work under remote management with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent verbal written and presentation skills
- A leader with strong communication skills is required able to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization as well as with customers and suppliers
