Description
Looking for SelfDriven and Seasoned Consultants with exceptional skills in
coordinating organizing and supporting execution of transformations/improvements
in Engineering and R&D space.
As a consultant in R&D capability within DERD you will need to work closely with
leadership to define and deliver in the areas of R&D StrategyInnovation
Management PLM Process Consulting & Enablement Digital Thread
Key responsibilities include:
Lead/Support consulting projects focusing on R&D Strategy Product Lifecycle
Management (PLM) R&D Innovation Business Case development Vendor
Selection etc.
Develop and implement strategies for effective idea funneling and
management to foster innovation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs providing expert advice
and solutions in digital engineering and R&D.
Oversee the project lifecycle from conception to delivery ensuring quality
and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Stay conversant of industry trends and technological advancements to offer
cuttingedge solutions to clients.
Foster relationships with clients stakeholders and partners to expand
business opportunities.

Experience of working in Innovation mgmtPLM BOM Engineering Change
Management Digital Thread space
Exposure to any Ideation platforms PLM software Process Excellence
Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering
Transformations
Experience of working on Strategy and Consulting assignments for clients.
Concrete experience of working in complex PLM Transformation projects
across multiple industries
Experience of working in Consulting Environment.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous
innovation is desired.
Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics
to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
Ability to work on client proposals and mentor junior members
Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.
Key Skills
At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting Problem
definition Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Define strategies for processes within Engineering. and R&D landscape and
digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions
accordingly.
Oversee project management including budgeting timeline and resource
allocation.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and advancements in PLM
and digital engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/
Validation and deployment
Project Management Experience with strong communication and teamwork
skills
Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model.
Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles
Rapidly learn and apply new engineering technologies and exposure to other
PLM tools.
Engineering background with MBA preferred
