We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research
- Conduct research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to provide insights that inform business development strategies.
Lead Generation
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to generate leads through various channels.
- Utilize online platforms social media and industry events to identify and engage potential clients.
Prospecting and Outreach
- Reach out to prospective clients via email phone calls and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and business contacts.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales collateral and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals quotes and contracts.
Relationship Building
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients partners and industry influencers.
- Attend meetings with senior team members to observe and learn relationshipbuilding skills.
Data Analysis
- Analyze sales and business development data to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate key insights to the management team.
Training and Development
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the IT industry our products/services and effective business development strategies.
- Work closely with mentors and senior team members to build a strong foundation in business development.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools are desirable.
