Job Description
Fleekbiz is looking for salesoriented candidates for the position of Business Development Executive Marketing Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Technical knowledge to effectively propose solutions for Social Media Marketing projects.
- Research and identify potential prospects and business opportunities across B2B & B2C platforms like Upwork as well as within internal brand networks.
- Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
- Respond to incoming requests for information RFIs and Requests for proposals RFPs In an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular oncall meetings and identify Upsell opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer database.
- Attend regular sales standups initiated by leads/managers.
- Update Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.
- Track sales activities pipeline and performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams throughout the project cycle to ensure the successful completion.
- Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and best practices in business development to continuously improve skills and strategies.
