Job Description

As the People and Culture Manager youll play a crucial role in shaping our companys future by overseeing all aspects of human resources and fostering a vibrant inclusive culture. Youll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with our business goals and values ensuring that Truck It In remains an employer of choice in the competitive startup landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all people operations including payroll processing benefits administration and HR policy development

  • Drive talent acquisition efforts from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new team members

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale productivity and retention

  • Develop and execute talent development programs to upskill our workforce and support career growth

  • Manage employee benefits and perks ensuring our offerings remain competitive and valuable to our team

  • Foster a positive company culture that embodies Truck It Ins values and mission

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on peoplerelated matters and organizational development

  • Implement HR technologies and analytics to improve efficiency and decisionmaking

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in HR roles preferably in a fastpaced startup environment

  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Zoho is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic highgrowth environment
