Were seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook ad campaigns driving business growth through targeted marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing implementing and analyzing successful campaigns collaborating with crossfunctional teams and staying uptodate with the latest advertising technologies.
Core Tasks:
- Design implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.
- Research monitor and post in relevant Facebook groups.
- Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
- Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed.
- Collaborate with the design team for assets to leverage an A/B test in campaigns.
- Perform other marketingrelated tasks as needed.
Requirements
MustHave:
- 3 years managing paid ads campaigns on Meta.
- Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communications.
- Ability to work EST (Eastern Standard Time).
NicetoHave:
- Experience using AI software to create images using prompts (Midjourney preferred).
- Certifications in Meta Ads.
