Join our dynamic academic team as a FullTime Nursing Program Instructor. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing who is also a registered RN. This role involves delivering highquality education to nursing students ensuring their academic and professional growth in alignment with our institutions standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Excellence: Prepare and deliver engaging lectures laboratory sessions and clinical instruction following the established curriculum and guidelines. Develop course outlines and objectives as needed.
- Student Engagement: Monitor and document student attendance and retention. Provide timely grading of assignments (within 48 hours) and offer educational assistance during office hours or by appointment.
- Academic Support: Advise students on academic performance and school policies. Communicate effectively with the Lead Instructor Program Chair Academic Dean or Campus President regarding student progress and concerns.
- Resource Management: Submit requests for textbooks supplies and equipment. Monitor inventory and secure necessary materials to support educational activities.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional expertise through continual learning and development activities such as seminars workshops and mandatory training sessions.
- Collaboration and Participation: Attend all scheduled meetings and serve on committees as needed. Substitute in classes when required and participate in curriculum development and retention initiatives.
- Online Instruction (if applicable): Ensure daily engagement with the course monitor student participation respond to inquiries and grade work within 48 hours.
