Your responsibilities will include filing claims renewing policies handling onboard calls and providing accurate insurance quotes. You will also engage in calling to inform potential clients about our offerings and answer any queries they may have. This role requires a high level of customer service attention to detail and knowledge of insurance policies to ensure clients receive accurate and helpful information.
