This is a remote position.
Position Title: Social Media Marketing SpecialistWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 50000.
Schedule: Monday Friday 12:00 AM 8:30 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:
Develop and execute social media strategies for Meta TikTok and YouTube channels focusing on increasing reach engagement and brand visibility.
Create engaging video and static content tailored to platform best practices including managing and optimizing F.B. and TikTok shops.
Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools and provide actionable reporting to inform and improve strategies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media campaigns with broader business goals.
Manage content calendars using tools like Asana Trello or other planning software to ensure timely relevant content rollout.
Qualifications as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:
2 years in social media marketing with knowledge of best practices for Meta TikTok and YouTube.
Ability to create original video and static content for social media platforms.
Experience working with USbased ecommerce businesses and managing social media shops.
Proficient in analyzing metrics reporting on social media performance and refining strategies based on data insights.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt content strategies based on performance metrics and evolving social media trends
Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
