We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent problemsolving skills and handson experience working with various stakeholders to deliver highquality software solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs translating requirements into technical specifications and ensuring seamless integration of business goals with technical execution.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct thorough requirementgathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and into technical specifications and project requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Specifications and Technical User Stories.
- Process Mapping & Improvement: Analyze and document current processes identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders development teams and project managers to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to design solutions that align with business requirements ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with project standards.
- Testing & Validation: Define test cases participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate developed solutions against business requirements.
- Project Support: Provide ongoing support during the deployment and postdeployment phases assisting in issue resolution and ensuring a smooth transition for endusers.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Programming & Scripting: Familiarity with SQL Java and JavaScript or other relevant languages.
- Technical Tools: Experience with JIRA/ADO Confluence or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Proficiency in data modeling process mapping and working with databases.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Certifications: ECBA CBAP PMIPBA or relevant certifications in Business Analysis.
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with Tolling/Collections/Finance industry is a plus.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management methodologies and experience coordinating crossfunctional teams.

Qualifications: 6-8 years of project management experience in a technical or IT setting. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies and best practices. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft DevOps, or equivalent, ensuring efficient project tracking, collaboration, and reporting. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes effectively. Experience managing multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities. Previous experience interacting with senior management and decision-makers. Ability to work independently, making strategic decisions with significant impact on day-to-day operations. Prior experience managing teams or project efforts in a technical environment is highly desirable.
