Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
Prepare and process quotes and other salesrelated paperwork. (Airfreight /
Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).
Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.
Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo Billing Issues etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /
Logistic / CBT).
Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales operation finance and
customer service.
Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining
existing customer relationships.
Job Requirements

Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required.
Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment.
General knowledge on excel format if any.
Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service/freight forwarding industry
