Job Description
ID Recruitment are working with a fastgrowing Mechanical Engineering company who are specialists in bespoke fabrication to recruit a Metal Fabricator.
The role will be based in Mayo and offers an attractive salary and career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities;
- Working with various metals such as aluminium mild steel and stainless steel
- Mig welding of components
- Ability to read and following engineering drawings
- Working with a variety of specialised hand and power tools
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Complete documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
- Comply with all legal statutory and Company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- 2 years experience in a metal fabrication role
- Valid safepass required
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
