Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Sales Execution:
- Represent the company to establish sales channels and develop sales opportunities for Filler Masterbatch products in the Southern region of Vietnam.
- Identify potential customers and partners within the Southern Vietnam market.
- Engage with customers to consult and support them regarding products and services and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to organize exhibitions and trade shows in the Southern region.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and develop customer relationships and sales channels.
- Welcome customers for site visits and meetings at the company.
- Conduct onsite visits to customer production facilities in the Southern region of Vietnam.
Team Training and Development:
- Develop the sales team in the Southern market.
- Guide and supervise staff activities to achieve optimal effectiveness in market development and customer service.
- Recommend policies to enhance production volume through various sales channels.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree; Master s degree or postgraduate certificates in economics engineering or related fields.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in sales marketing or business development.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales marketing or business development in the plastic plastic additives or chemical industries.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the filler market in the Southern Vietnam region.
- Familiarity with target customers and market development channels in the plastics industry.
- Proficient in English (listening speaking reading writing) with a TOEIC score of over 750 or IELTS score of 7.0 or proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above) for the position managing the China region.
