Job Description
AGRIM is a fastgrowing agritech startup building an ondemand B2B Agriinputs marketplace. Agriinputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds Agro Chemicals Fertilizers AgroTools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India with 10% of the overall customer universe already onboarded on the platform.

Key Role Areas :
1. Improve SLA by tracking and followups.
2. Escalation management
3. Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns.
4. Improve delivery TAT of Lastmile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in
the chain.
5. Validation of SKUs in the system.
Requirements
1 12 years of experience in managing 3PLs
2 Know how of courier status and basic use of Transporter s Panel
3 Comfortable in using excel Intermediate level
4 Very high cadence driven
NOTE: This role is completely onsite & 6days (MonSat) working in Sector66 Gurugram Haryana.
