Job Description
Sentinel Africa Uganda (SACUG) is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Operations Lead to support the overall delivery of projects and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business operations project management and client relations.
Reporting to the Managing Director the person will be responsible for the following:
Operations Projects and Training
Project Management: Track and manage projects related to business continuity management enterprise risk management data protection and privacy and information security management.
Project Quality: Ensure timely project delivery and maintain documentation according to group standards.
Project Measurement: Develop and report on key project metrics to the Group Head of Projects.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of project management processes at SACUG.
Training: Plan and organize internal and external trainings in accordance with SACs training policies and procedures..
Training Sale
Generate leads for training clients.
Follow up on leads and close sales.
Consulting Sales.
Assist Director in customer follow up.
Documentation of proposals and other materials as needed.
Marketing
Execute on a content plan for SAC Uganda on Linkedin
Identify relevant conferences and events for SAC Ug to participate in.
Organise training marketing material like banners and books.
Finance
Debt collection Follow up debtors for SACUG
BiWeekly review of creditors and coordinate for payment
Others
Work with the group office to implement new and improved process and operations.
Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
1. A degree in Business Human Resources IT or Engineering
2. At least 3 years work experience doing operations related work.
3. Relevant certifications in project management information security implementation and auditing are a plus.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
5. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word Excel and Outlook)
