Angular Lead

As an Angular Lead you will assume a pivotal role in leading the frontend development team to create dynamic and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications using Angular and/or React frameworks. Your expertise in UI/UX design frontend technologies and team leadership will be crucial in driving the successful delivery of usercentric and responsive web applications. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams provide technical guidance and contribute to the enhancement of the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of frontend developers providing technical direction mentorship and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Design and implement user interfaces using Angular and/or React frameworks ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across devices and platforms.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers product managers and backend developers to translate design concepts and functional requirements into wellstructured frontend code.
Guide the technical architecture and design decisions for UI components ensuring scalability modularity and maintainability.
Develop reusable and modular UI components libraries and frameworks to streamline development processes and promote code reusability.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend interfaces with serverside functionalities through APIs and data services.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development user experience design and web technologies and apply them to enhance the teams capabilities.
Lead code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards performance optimization and overall code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues performance bottlenecks and crossbrowser compatibility challenges.
Provide technical leadership in evaluating and adopting new tools technologies and methodologies to improve the development process.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning backlog refinement and daily standup meetings.
Collaborate with other technical leads architects and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with the overall application architecture.

Requirements

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science design or a related field.
Proven experience of 8 years in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular and/or React frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing frontend development teams.
Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS with a deep understanding of responsive and mobilefirst design principles.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux (for React) or NgRx (for Angular) is a plus.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles usercentered design methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs frontend build tools and version control systems (e.g. Git).
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex frontend issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members stakeholders and management.
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and related tools (JIRA Confluence etc.).
Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices is desirable.
Prior experience in ecommerce fintech SaaS or other relevant industries is advantageous.
