This individual will take charge of the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and headhunting to managing client relationships. The ideal candidate has a solid background in executive search exceptional leadership qualities and a keen understanding of the East African market. They will be skilled in commercial strategy and effective account management and thrive in a collaborative environment.
FullCycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing interviewing and presenting candidates to negotiating offers.
Headhunting & Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage highpotential candidates using various methods including direct headhunting networking and leveraging recruitment tools and platforms.
Client Account Management: Build and manage strong relationships with clients understanding their unique needs providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and the East African market landscape to provide informed guidance to clients and candidates.
Commercial Strategy: Work closely with internal and client teams to develop recruitment strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development by sharing best practices in executive search and recruitment.
Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics analyze performance and provide insights to optimize processes and enhance client value.
Experience: Proven experience in executive recruitment ideally within the East African market.
Headhunting Skills: Strong skills in direct sourcing headhunting and networking to attract highcaliber executive talent.
Leadership Experience: Ability to mentor coach and lead junior team members fostering a collaborative environment.
Account Management: Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management with a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients and candidates.
Commercial Strategy: Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
Team Player: Works well within a team is collaborative and contributes positively to a teamoriented environment.
Experience working in a recruitment agency setting.
Knowledge of recruitment trends within East Africa and emerging market dynamics.
Bachelor s degree in Business Human Resources or a related field.
