Job Description
- Manage and track a portfolio of projects across multiple clients including defining goals and requirements managing project timelines budgeting assigning & allocating resources coordinating clients and thirdparties addressing contingency planning and managing risk.
- Partner with the consulting team to document client deliverables business processes improvement opportunities.
- Work alongside the senior consulting team to develop strategic roadmap and guide clients with system and technology decisions.
- Own change management processes with clients to ensure effective execution of deliverables promptly.
- Identify client enhancements for existing and new features introduced by new Workday releases.
- B.A. in Information Systems Economics or related areas.
- 57 years of experience as a Project Manager or as a Business Analyst on projects.
- Strong organizational skills; the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot while consistently delivering on goals
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders confidently both internally and across a range of clients.
