The Role: Strategy Analyst
Reports to: Senior Manager Strategy
Location: Mumbai India
Experience: 02 years

Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Reporting and forecasting
- Preparation and presentation of monthly financial & operational MIS and management reporting deck
- Maintaining and creating Power BI Dashboards to provide insightful analysis
- Preparation of annual operating plan and quarterly board presentations
Business Finance partnership
- Provide strong finance partnership across cross functional projects
- Other strategic business planning projects
Fund Raising & Investor Relations:
- Maintaining and growing ongoing investor and corporate outreach
- Participate in conversations with investment banks intermediaries & funds
- Support fund raising projects including building materials (financial models presentations analysis etc.) responding to investor queries working with bankers and other consultants
- Perform market research data mining business intelligence and valuation
Required Skills/Experience:
- PostMBA experience of 02 years of Financial Planning & Analysis and business strategy or other relevant experience
- Finance Strategy Economics or Statistics are preferred major fields.
- Quantitative and financial analysis competency
- Management reporting and dashboarding
- Program management
Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities And Background:
Selfstarter with excellent interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills
Must have:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel PowerPoint and Power BI
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial models
Good to have:
- Understanding of SQL ERP & CRM applications
