Job Description

As a Sales Representative you will promote our client s wide range of telecommunication services to Australian customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls effectively adhering to company guidelines while generating sales. Youll perform various service qualification checks using advanced webbased applications and answer sales inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Act as a Sales Development Representative for Australian customers promoting our client s wide range of telecommunication services.
  • Handle inbound calls effectively adhering to company guidelines and generating sales.
  • Perform service qualification checks using advanced webbased applications.
  • Answer sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Undertake sales orders and submit necessary applications for effective provisioning and delivery of services.
  • Provide updates on activation and provisioning status for inflight orders.
  • Update and complete pending provisioning tasks on inflight orders.
  • Make cold calls and outbound calls to prospect potential customers.

Requirements

Connection Credentials: What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the Australian telecommunications industry is highly preferable.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid personal experience with selling and a flair for sales.
  • Experience in a Telco/ISP environment is a distinct advantage.
  • Patience courtesy and the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to work for extended periods.
