Description
Assist to supervise Payroll Executive(s) on monthly Payroll processing of multiple entities within timelines and accuracy standards.
Supervise other team members supporting HR Shared Services operations
Manage escalated issues on daytoday basis and make sure their issues and concerns could be resolved quickly
Ensure payroll services meet the specific service level agreements and are in accordance to organizational policies.
Keep uptodate with the latest HRS process and regulatory changes and communicate to the Vietnan payroll team as applicable
Assists in other ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
At least 35 years of working experience in Payroll background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written communication in English
Attention to details and conscientious in handling confidential information
Excellent team player and able to work well under pressure within tight deadlines
Proactive with good time management
Integrity positive work attitude and of pleasant character
