Job Description
Job Overview:
As a QA Tester for Filinvests Sales & Marketing group you will ensure the quality and functionality of all digital platforms through rigorous testing and issue resolution. In addition to ensuring bugfree userfriendly platforms you will take responsibility for updating salesoriented proprietary platforms such as the Sellers Hub with the necessary marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases scripts and plans to ensure highquality deliverables across Filinvests digital platforms.
- Identify document and report bugs usability issues and areas for improvement ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with developers UI/UX designers and the marketing team to ensure platform functionality meets business and marketing goals.
- Update salesoriented proprietary platforms like the Sellers Hub with marketing requirements ensuring timely and accurate content deployment.
- Monitor user feedback and conduct regression tests to validate updates and fixes.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality expectations.
- Perform functional integration and endtoend testing of new features and updates across web and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align testing strategies with project requirements and customer experience goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing ideally in a web or mobile application environment.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes including experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with salesoriented platforms or similar applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to document report and prioritize issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of software development practices and familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira Trello or Asana.
