Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking merchants via phone email chat and social media channels.
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales and Marketing to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role preferred.
- Comfortable using technology (smartphones tablets computers).
- Fluent in German with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patient empathetic and customerfocused.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Organized and able to maintain composure in highpressure situations.
Training Conditions:
- Duration: 30 calendar days
- Schedule: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
- Training Salary: Approximately 660 net (conditional on attendance and performance)
After Signing the Work Contract:
- Salary Conditions for the German Market:
- Base Salary (Gross): 1217 EUR/month x 14
- Language Adder (Gross): 100EUR/month x 12
- Skill Adder (Gross): 100EUR/month x 12
- Performance Bonus (Gross): Up to 120EUR/month x 12
- Attendance Bonus (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
- Meal Allowance: 6 EUR per working day (paid in meal card)
- Health Insurance coverage provided
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00 (with potential for late shifts extended until 21:00 as per client agreement)
