Position: Technical Support Specialist (Email Support)
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime onsite position.
- Rotating schedule Monday to Sunday:
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support exclusively via email to customers in Portuguese and English.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on product features and technical specifications to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Basic understanding of technology and software applications.
