Job Description

Position: HR Payroll Specialist (German Native English)

Location: Osnabrck Germany

Compensation:

  • FullTime: 44000 Performance Bonus
  • PartTime: 22000 Performance Bonus

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage endtoend payroll processing for employees in compliance with German labor laws.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries bonuses and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Native proficiency in German and strong command of English.
  • Proven experience and education in payroll management; HR experience without payroll expertise will not be considered.
  • Solid understanding of German labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
