Job Description
Position: HR Payroll Specialist (German Native English)
Location: Osnabrck Germany
Compensation:
- FullTime: 44000 Performance Bonus
- PartTime: 22000 Performance Bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend payroll processing for employees in compliance with German labor laws.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries bonuses and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in German and strong command of English.
- Proven experience and education in payroll management; HR experience without payroll expertise will not be considered.
- Solid understanding of German labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
