Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Dutch via phone email and chat.
- Offer accurate information about products and services addressing customer queries professionally.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
- Maintain detailed and uptodate records of customer interactions.
- Work towards individual and team targets to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
- Good level of English (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving skills and a positive cando attitude.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Shift: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive Salary
- Performance Bonus: Monthly performance bonus of up to 10%.
- Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card valued at 3 per working day for the first year increasing to 6 per day after 12 months.
