Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
- Analysing and solving customers queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products invoices etc.)
- Making changes to the system
- Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.
Our requirements:
- French C1 level is a must
- English B1
- Customeroriented thinking and attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts.
