Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
- Identify and flag inappropriate offensive or harmful content.
- Provide accurate feedback to internal teams on contentrelated issues.
- Stay informed about the latest community guidelines and industry trends.
- Work closely with other moderators to manage escalations and irregularities.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
- B2 level English to effectively work in an international environment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to evaluate content accurately.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Onsite position in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Contract: Permanent with a 6month probation period.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts to support 24/7 content moderation.
Relocation Package:
- Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel stay upon arrival.
- Relocation Support: Airport pickup and assistance in finding permanent accommodation with up to EUR 350 support.
- Document Assistance: Help with legal documents and work permits.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 14 salaries per year.
- Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
- Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
