Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing online videos content complaints and legal notices with precision and compliance.
- Updating and auditing content for upload on social media.
- Ensuring service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client products and services.
- Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines and data protection measures.
Profile:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong PC navigation skills and adeptness with technology.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Porto and work on flexible shifts.
- Work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship)
