Role Overview

In this role youll be the goto expert for advertisers guiding them on campaign strategies optimization techniques and platform insights. As a Digital Marketing Specialist youll not only provide impactful advice to clients but also play a crucial role in developing creative solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Consulting: Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance offering actionable recommendations to optimize ad placements and budget allocations.
• Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients via inbound and outbound calls delivering datadriven insights that help clients achieve their advertising goals.
• Platform Expertise: Complete Meta Blueprint Certification to gain advanced skills in social media advertising and stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
• Creative Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to craft unique campaign strategies that amplify brand storytelling engagement and visibility.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2) enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a fastpaced environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing sales or customer support is advantageous but not required.
• ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a creative mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving client objectives.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills allowing you to inspire trust and foster longterm client success.

• Competitive Salary: Base salary of 33000 EUR per year (approx. 2750 EUR EUR per month) with additional performance bonuses totaling up to 7500 EUR annually.
